Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk. Cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, turkey, peas and carrots, and mushrooms. Stir to combine.
Pour mixture into a baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes:
Great way to use up leftover turkey!
