Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked turkey, cubed
  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk. Cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add salt, pepper, turkey, peas and carrots, and mushrooms. Stir to combine.
  • Pour mixture into a baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.

Notes:

Great way to use up leftover turkey!
