Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced squash
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a baking dish, layer the sliced squash and chopped tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the vegetables.
  • Top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or bell peppers.
