Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft.
Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
In a baking dish, layer half of the noodle mixture, then the beef mixture, and top with the remaining noodle mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
