Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and shredded cheese.
  • In a pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until tender.
  • Mix the cooked mushrooms with the sour cream mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
