Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 cup Quinoa cooked
  • 1 cup Broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, quinoa, broccoli, cheddar cheese, and Greek yogurt.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
