Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, boil the potatoes and cauliflower until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, cauliflower, butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole is a great side dish or a main course. You can add some cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
