Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, sugar, shredded cheddar cheese, and flour. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter. Spread this mixture evenly over the pineapple mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
