Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup grits
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup pimento cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook grits according to package instructions with water and salt.
  • Stir in butter, cheddar cheese, pimento cheese, milk, beaten eggs, and black pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden on top.
