Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips crushed
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the package instructions.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, and salsa.
  • Spread a layer of crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Layer half of the beef mixture over the chips, then sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot, topped with sour cream.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as jalapeños, olives, or green onions.
