Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the package instructions.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, and salsa.
Spread a layer of crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer half of the beef mixture over the chips, then sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, topped with sour cream.
Notes:
Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as jalapeños, olives, or green onions.
