Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 can Green chilies diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine corn, shredded cheese, sour cream, green chilies, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some cooked chicken or ground beef for a heartier meal.
