Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, green onions, bacon, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more cheese on top before baking for an extra cheesy crust.
