Ingredients:

  • 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets steamed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the sliced smoked sausage and steamed broccoli florets in a baking dish.
  • Pour the cream mixture over the sausage and broccoli, making sure everything is well coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
