Ingredients:  

Meatball Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Form mixture into meatballs and place in a baking dish.
  • Pour marinara sauce over meatballs.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
