Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place the little smokies in a baking dish.
Pour the cream mixture over the little smokies.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
