Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Place the hot dogs in a baking dish. Pour the beef mixture over the hot dogs.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
