Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the top is slightly browned.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste. You can also add shrimp for an extra touch.
