Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain well.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the top is golden and bubbly, about 30-35 minutes.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
