Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cups Cooked Pasta
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, dried basil, and dried oregano. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the meat sauce. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
