Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked turkey shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Green beans chopped
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Mashed potatoes

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey, peas, carrots, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, and milk. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Spread the mashed potatoes over the top of the mixture, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover turkey from the holidays.
