Mashed potatoes
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey, peas, carrots, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, and milk. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Spread the mashed potatoes over the top of the mixture, smoothing it out with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover turkey from the holidays.
