Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower florets, green chili, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more cheese on top before baking for an extra cheesy crust.
