Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Green Chili chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower florets, green chili, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more cheese on top before baking for an extra cheesy crust.
