Thousand Island dressing
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed gluten-free bread, sauerkraut, corned beef, and Swiss cheese.
Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
Drizzle the Thousand Island dressing over the top of the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For a crispier top, you can broil the casserole for the last 5 minutes of baking.
