Feta Pasta Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta any type
  • 200 g feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish, surrounded by the tomato mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes are bursting and the feta is golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and mix everything together until well combined.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss to combine with the feta and tomato mixture.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some fresh basil or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
