Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish, surrounded by the tomato mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes are bursting and the feta is golden on top.
Remove from the oven and mix everything together until well combined.
Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss to combine with the feta and tomato mixture.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add some fresh basil or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
