Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Dole Pineapple Chunks drained
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 6 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and flour. Add the drained pineapple chunks and mix well.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • In another bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the pineapple mixture.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This dish pairs well with ham or turkey.
