Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, rice, black beans, corn, tomato sauce, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a family dinner or potluck. You can also add some chopped bell peppers or olives for extra flavor.
