Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, rice, black beans, corn, tomato sauce, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole is perfect for a family dinner or potluck. You can also add some chopped bell peppers or olives for extra flavor.
