In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, shredded mozzarella, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, and chopped green onions. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
