Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Chili Beans (15 oz)
  • 1 package Frozen French Fries (32 oz)
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (8 oz)
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chili beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Spread the frozen French fries in a baking dish. Pour the chili mixture over the fries.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add jalapeños or green onions for extra flavor.
