Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • In a blender, combine steamed cauliflower, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the cauliflower Alfredo sauce into a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
