Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
In a blender, combine steamed cauliflower, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Pour the cauliflower Alfredo sauce into a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Feel free to add some cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
