Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Add melted butter, flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This blintz casserole can be served with fresh fruit or a dollop of whipped cream.
