sour cream

beef broth

onion, chopped

garlic, minced

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cut refrigerated biscuits into quarters. Add to the beef mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until biscuits are golden and cheese is bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add mushrooms or other veggies to the mixture for extra flavor.
