Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Cut refrigerated biscuits into quarters. Add to the beef mixture and stir to combine.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until biscuits are golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add mushrooms or other veggies to the mixture for extra flavor.
