Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed Beans cooked
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  • Add the cooked beans, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some cheese on top before baking for an extra layer of flavor.
