Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kidney Beans cooked and drained
  • 1 cup Black Beans cooked and drained
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the kidney beans, black beans, corn, tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more spices or vegetables to suit your taste.
