Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cups Pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, cooked pasta, marinara sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is a great way to use up extra zucchini from your garden.
