Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 300 g Pasta use your favorite type
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan Cheese
  • 1 cup Vegetables chopped (e.g., bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped vegetables to the saucepan and cook until they are tender.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and the sauce mixture. Mix well.
  • Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Top with vegan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices to the sauce for extra flavor.
