Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mushroom mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and shredded cheese evenly over the top of the mushrooms.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mushrooms are tender.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is great as a side dish or a main course. Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to customize the flavor.
