Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mushroom mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and shredded cheese evenly over the top of the mushrooms.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mushrooms are tender.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
