grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
Gradually whisk in chicken broth and cream. Cook, whisking constantly, until thickened.
Stir in 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, turkey, mushrooms, peas, and sauce. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes:
Great way to use up leftover turkey!
