Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 4 cups prepared stuffing
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup gravy
  • 1 cup shredded cheese optional

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a baking dish, layer the shredded turkey, then the stuffing, and finally the mashed potatoes.
  • Pour the gravy over the top and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if using.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is a great way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers.
