Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the turkey, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Stir until well mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Top with the biscuit dough, spacing them evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Great way to use leftover turkey. You can also add some shredded cheese on top before baking for extra flavor.
