Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tempeh cubed
  • 1 cup Broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers diced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed tempeh and cook until golden brown.
  • 3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked tempeh, broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and tomato sauce. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • 4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

You can add any other vegetables you like.
