Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced squash
  • 2 cups sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the squash, zucchini, cheese, bread crumbs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

You can add some grated Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
