Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage, potatoes, onion, and cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Pour over sausage mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
