Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage links cut into pieces
  • 4 cups potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage, potatoes, onion, and cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, mix milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Pour over sausage mixture and stir to combine.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
