Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 bag Tater Tots frozen
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in cooked sausage and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Top with an even layer of tater tots.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until eggs are set and tater tots are golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Great for a weekend breakfast or brunch!
