Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in cooked sausage and half of the shredded cheese.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until eggs are set and tater tots are golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
