Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 lb Salmon fillet skin removed and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Grated cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, salmon chunks, heavy cream, grated cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the salmon is cooked through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor.
