Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried basil to the ground beef. Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, meat sauce, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
