Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, Rotel tomatoes, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
