cream of mushroom soup
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, Rotel tomatoes, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the shredded cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
