  • 1 package Tater Tots frozen
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix.
  • Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Top with a layer of tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:
