Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Ramps, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped ramps, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
