Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and frozen mixed vegetables. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
