Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.75 oz)
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (16 oz)
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and frozen mixed vegetables. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
