Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot, steam the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and green beans until tender.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper.
  • Mix the steamed vegetables and cheese into the sauce.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
