Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, steam the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and green beans until tender.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper.
Mix the steamed vegetables and cheese into the sauce.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
