Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz can
  • 1 package Egg Noodles 12 oz package
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the noodles, followed by the cream cheese mixture, then the remaining noodles.
  • Pour the beef mixture over the noodles. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
