Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
In a baking dish, layer half of the noodles, followed by the cream cheese mixture, then the remaining noodles.
Pour the beef mixture over the noodles. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
