drained and rinsed

salsa

shredded cheese
Mexican blend

taco seasoning

sour cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir well.
In a large bowl, combine beef, black beans, corn, salsa, and half of the shredded cheese.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Top with sour cream if desired.
Notes:
Feel free to add extra toppings like chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, or sliced jalapeños.
